A TIP FOR THE DANCE REVISION VIDEOS

We hope you are all enjoying the summer, despite the dreadful weather!

Lin has informed us of a great tip regarding the dance revision videos. You may or may not be aware but, if you go to the bottom of the screen when watching one of our videos, you will see the symbol for settings (it looks like a wheel). If you press that it will bring up speed settings so that you can slow down the routine from normal speed, right the way down to 25%.
